1913 Art Deco building dominates a corner of the famous Promenade des Anglais, overlooking a private beach near Old Town. 

Le Negresco is the life’s work of Jeanne Augier, determined to create the most spectacular hotel on the planet, beyond any fashion or trend. So much so that even Bill Gates, fascinated by the eclectic universe of the emblematic hotel, wanted to buy it. How much do you want for it? Extravagance, humor and a lot of art is displayed on the various floors of this iconic hotel: from the statue of Niki Saint Phalle, to the impressive spider composed of 16,800 Baccarat crystals and commissioned by the Czar Nicholas, everything in Le Negresco is surprising and unique.

Madam Augier has chosen a theme for each floor: the upper floor is dedicated to the Second Empire, the fourth to Napoleon Bonaparte, the third to Chinese art…
